Rental Applications (Handled by AppFolio)

Full rental application are processed through AppFolio.  When you submit an application, AppFolio collects and processes your personal information (including name, date of birth, Social Security number, income details, rental history, and background/credit information) according to AppFolio's Privacy Policy: https://www.appfolio.com/privacy

We receive only the information necessary from AppFolio to evaluate your application.  We do not store sensitive application data (such as full Social Security numbers) on our own systems.

How We Use and Share Information

We use inquiry-form data only to respond to you and process rental requests.  We do not sell your personal information.

Text Messaging / SMS

We may send you automated text messages if you provide your phone number and expressly opt in.  By opting in you agree to our SMS Opt-In Terms, confirm you are the authorized user of the number, and acknowledge that message and data rates may apply.  You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
